This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Critical Paperwork

 

When the season starts all athletes will need the following.  

 

- Birth Certificate (Original) -  This will be held in the coaches binder until after the Jamboree in August.  Once the paperwork is stamped the original birth certificate will be returned to you.

 

- Physical from Primary Care - This needs to be from the 2024 Calendar Year and must state the player is approved for all sports activities or has no restrictions for sports activities.
